Prior to joining the firm, Pardis worked for reputable non-profit organizations where she litigated on behalf of disadvantaged clients who faced legal challenges from Michigan agencies, Creditors, and Property Management companies.

She is the daughter of Iranian immigrants, a Farsi speaker, and - during her free time - enjoys playing soccer and cooking different types of cuisine.
